Outline for Pera Buy Back Phone Conferences:

Before the Conference:
1: You will need to contact IIG to schedule yourself to attend one of our phone conferences.
2: Print the documents listed on this page prior to logging in to the phone conference. These will be your "practice sheets" during the seminar. We especially recommend this to those who are using slower internet connections as some of the PDF forms on our site are somewhat large and may take a while to download.
Accessing the Conference:
1: You will be called on the preferred phone number you have provided and invited to participate in the phone seminar.
2: Once you have logged on, you will be taken on a tour of the site to teach you the "how" and "why" of purchasing service credit.
3: We recommend that you open an e-mail through the contact us tab to write down your questions during the tour.
4: After the tour there will be a 15 minute question and answer period. You are welcome to schedule a private meeting if you still have questions after the conference has ended.
